Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all commissioned photoshoots. Acceptance of my T&Cs is required to make a booking.

Booking & Deposit

A deposit must be made to secure your photoshoot date. This fee is refundable for up to 7 days from the time of the deposit payment, however, after this, I will not be able to return the deposit to you in the event of a cancellation.

In the event you need to change the date of the shoot, please let me know within 7 days of the booked shoot and we can rearrange at a time that suits you.

If the cancellation notice is less than 7 days, I will be unable to return the deposit to you. To rebook, I will require an additional £25 deposit to secure a new date for your booking. All deposits are to be taken off your invoice following the photoshoot.

In certain circumstances, I will be happy to reschedule your photoshoot for you, please give as much notice as possible.

Should the shoot or event need to be postponed due to circumstances outside my control (such as covid-19 cases, power cuts or family emergencies) and the new date is not convenient for you, then a refund of all monies paid will be offered if we cannot reschedule.

Delivery

If contact sheets are agreed upon, after the shoot, you will receive your contact sheets within an agreed period of time. Edited images will be confirmed after you have made your selection, depending on numbers.

Please note that you will receive a minimum of the images within your package. If you request any additional edits, these may be subject to an additional retouching fee. Once any edits are sent, you may request changes to these edits if necessary. I will provide one follow up edit per image if this is required.

Payment

The balance of the fee is payable up to 14 days after image delivery. Any additional edits that have been requested will be added to your balance and sent via invoice. The deposit fee paid will be taken from the final balance.

Additional Costs

Clients must take all reasonable precautions and care of themselves, and their possessions on the shoot and I cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury incurred during the shoot. Please be mindful, I am not responsible for reimbursement of items such as travel costs, hotels, parking, lunch costs or any fines incurred during the photoshoot.

Disruption

We may experience issues due to the weather, transport or other circumstances beyond our control. I will always aim to minimise the effect these have on our photoshoot and will use my best endeavours and make necessary adjustments to give the best possible service in the circumstances.

Privacy Policy

I collect personal information from my clients including names, email addresses and phone numbers. This information can be collected through my website forms, via phone, email or other incoming enquiries. I only ask for this information to discuss a shoot and I do not give this information to any third parties.

RAW Files

RAW images from paid shoots will be kept for a period of 6 months after the delivery of the final edited images. After this time, the raw images will be permanently deleted from storage. Please ensure everything is backed up as I will not be responsible for any lost images following delivery.

Intellectual Property

If required, you will receive an image release form which allows you to use your images in any way specified. This may included prints, social media sharing, website promotion or for marketing purposes. Please express usage purposes upon initial briefing so I can ensure you have everything required.

The images may not be used for any defamatory, illegal, or obscene purposes. The images may not be used for any political or religious purposes without my express permission. The images may not be used in any way that infringes my intellectual property rights as the photographer or any third party.

Any unauthorised use of my images may result in legal action. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
