About Hannah Lunn Photography

I am a fashion and beauty photographer based in York, with a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful images. My photography style is characterised as being bold, edgy, and unapologetic.

I believe in embracing and celebrating the uniqueness and individuality of all individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, size, body type, disability, tattoos, skin conditions, or gender. My goal is to challenge traditional beauty standards and promote a more inclusive industry.

My approach

With over a decade of experience in the industry and a bachelor’s degree in fine art photography, I have honed my skills and developed a unique style, specialising in fashion editorial photography. My work has been published in various international magazines and exhibited all over the country, showcasing my creative vision and technical expertise.

I have also spent the last few years working agency side with some of the biggest brands in the world (Microsoft, Haribo, The Premier League, Brent Cross Town, The FA, Minecraft, Worcester Bosch, Quorn, Nando's, Bettys & Taylors, Kelloggs, Robinsons), delivering various digital solutions from websites, apps and digital marketing services.

My background in digital delivery has greatly influenced my approach to photography, giving me an understanding of what it takes to create eye-catching campaigns with a purpose to engage, captivate and build audience trust. All of my shoots I art direct and execute carefully to ensure my clients get the most out of their budget and that my images can be utilised to support their wider visual content strategy.

I also enjoy publishing resources for small businesses and creatives – My blog features a wide range of content about diversity & inclusion in fashion, how to tell brand stories to get the most digital impact, and how to ensure your visual content adheres to a cohesive brand strategy.
